To whom it may concern, I previously contacted Thor Technologies with an issue with my A2 Surge Shield as per below.
This is just an email to say thank you to everyone at the company. The support I received from your staff was nothing short of stunning. I have never dealt with a company before that so completely amazed me with the level of attention and support that was offered to me. I am quite proud to recommend your product to everyone I know and I have been telling my story to friends and colleagues and I’m sure they will be purchasing your products if they are considering buying something similar.
When I emailed the warranty address to make an enquiry about my unit, from dealings with other companies I didn’t expect to get a reply for at least several days, I was completely stunned when I was personally called no more than 15 minutes after sending my email.
Sam came to my workplace and hand delivered me a new unit, which I am happy to say has been working perfectly. This kind of service was completely above and beyond anything I was expecting, please pass on my thanks and appreciation for everyone involved.
