  • Solution/Advice form to assist with a problem

    To enable us to assist you promptly with a solution tailored to your requirements, please offer as much information about your system and setup as possible.

        Please include information like circuit numbers circuit current ratings and whether single phase or 3 phase plus other similar information.

      Please list:
    1. processor type and speed (i.e Intel or AMD)
    2. hard disk drive size
    3. RAM
    4. video card
    5. usb ports, and
    6. any attached peripherals like printers and scanners or TV cards and so on...
     

    Sometimes issues can arise when say a new airconditioner is installed or the metre box has been upgraded in some way.    

    Please note this applies to cables running from speakers as well as your aerial.

    Please complete this warranty form as much as possible to enable us to better assist you

    There maybe a need for us to inspect the damage items. We may also need to carry an indepth test of the Thor product in question. Please do not throw anything away.
